Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Creator Desk, a local-first dashboard for viewing TikTok account and public video information through TikTok's developer APIs. Creator Desk is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
1. Eligibility and account authorization
You may connect only TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer and for all activity performed through your connected accounts. You may revoke Creator Desk's access at any time through TikTok.
2. Permitted use
Use Creator Desk only for lawful account analytics and reporting. Do not use it to access another person's account without permission, bypass platform restrictions, or misuse TikTok data. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.
3. Data and third-party services
Creator Desk runs on your computer and stores its configuration, authorization tokens, and synchronized records locally. If you configure a Lark group webhook, reports you choose to send will be transmitted to that Lark destination. TikTok and Lark are separate services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Availability and accuracy
Features depend on the permissions and data that TikTok makes available to your account and application. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Creator Desk does not guarantee uninterrupted service or particular results.
5. Disconnecting and ending use
You can stop using Creator Desk, revoke TikTok authorization, and remove locally stored app data from your computer. Removing local data does not delete information held by TikTok or Lark.
