Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026
This Policy explains how Creator Desk handles information when you connect a TikTok account and use the dashboard.
1. Information processed
With your authorization, Creator Desk processes the TikTok profile information and public video metrics made available through the scopes you grant. The app also stores locally the access and refresh tokens needed to keep your account connected, dashboard settings, and synchronized metric snapshots.
2. Where information is stored
Creator Desk is designed to run locally on your computer. Its app data is stored on that computer and is not sent to a Creator Desk-operated cloud server. Anyone with access to your computer or its app data may be able to access locally stored information; protect your device and its files.
3. Optional Lark reports
If you configure a Lark group webhook and enable reports, the report content is sent to the Lark group destination you selected. Do not configure a group or webhook unless you are authorized to share information there. Lark processes information under its own policies.
4. Use and sharing
Information is used to display account and video metrics, calculate changes between syncs, and create reports you request or schedule. Creator Desk does not sell your TikTok information. Apart from the optional report delivery you configure, the app does not intentionally share that information with other recipients.
5. Retention and deletion
Locally stored information remains on your computer until you remove it. You can disconnect an account, revoke its authorization through TikTok, or delete the local app data. Revocation may not automatically remove previously saved local records or reports already delivered to Lark.
6. Your choices
You choose which accounts to connect and which permissions to grant. You may decline authorization or revoke it through TikTok. TikTok's privacy practices are governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.
